General Order Info

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once placed.

Only one coupon/discount code per order. Items purchased with a discount code or purchased on sale or with a discount from our brick and mortar store are FINAL SALE.

Customized Orders

Engraved, monogrammed, vinyl, or graphic that items are made just for you—please allow 4–10 business days to process (longer during the holiday rush).

If your order includes both customized and non-customized items, your full order will ship once the custom piece is complete. (We may ship separately at our discretion.)
Shipping

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days to process before heading out via USPS.

All shipments include tracking + delivery confirmation.

Once USPS marks your order as delivered, it’s officially in your hands (literally). Please reach out to your local post office for delivery issues.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Double-check that shipping address, bestie! We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect/undeliverable address. If this happens, email us right away—we’ll try to help, but can’t guarantee changes.

Return Guidelines

Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, packed inside another box. Damaged shoe boxes = no return.

No odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Credit applies to product price only (not shipping/handling).

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend tracked shipping).

Processing

Allow 3–4 business days for us to receive your return and 5–7 business days to issue your credit/debit card or Paypal refund.

Store credits cannot be retroactively applied to an order once it’s placed.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we can’t offer direct exchanges. Want another size? Grab it quickly and then send your return back for a refund once processed.
Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Email us with a photo of the defect/damage.

After 3 days, items no longer qualify for return/replacement.

We’re not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or sizing issues.
