IMPORTANT: If TOTAL ORDER PROTECTION / FREE RETURNS + PACKAGE PROTETION was NOT added at checkout, the order is NOT eligible for return or shipping coverage. You will need to file a lost package claim with USPS. To file a USPS missing package claim, first use USPS Tracking to check status. For insured items, file a claim online at USPS CLAIMS  within 60 days of mailing, including tracking numbers and proof of value. 

 

B&C Unique Boutique is not responsible for packages assigned a tracking number by USPS that are showing "In Transit" or have not been delivered. We have no control over the package once it is assigned a tracking number by the post office.

All returns are inspected to keep things fair for everyone. Items will be denied (and sent back at your expense) if they show:

•          Pet hair or visible blemishes
•          Makeup stains
•          Signs of wear

•          Items marked FINAL SALE, MARK DOWN
•          Leggings (Does not include denim Jeggings)
•          Swimsuits and swim trunks

•          Mystery items & Give Away items
•          Customized items that are monogrammed or engraved specifically for you
