IMPORTANT: If TOTAL ORDER PROTECTION / FREE RETURNS + PACKAGE PROTETION was NOT added at checkout, the order is NOT eligible for return or shipping coverage. You will need to file a lost package claim with USPS. To file a USPS missing package claim, first use USPS Tracking to check status. For insured items, file a claim online at USPS CLAIMS within 60 days of mailing, including tracking numbers and proof of value.

❌ Return Condition Requirements
All returns are inspected to keep things fair for everyone. Items will be denied (and sent back at your expense) if they show:
- Perfume or smoke odor
- Pet hair or visible blemishes
- Makeup stains
- Signs of wear

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked FINAL SALE, MARK DOWN
- Leggings (Does not include denim Jeggings)
- Swimsuits and swim trunks
- Intimate apparel (bras, panties, etc)

- Customized items that are monogrammed or engraved specifically for you
