Ordering:
❓Are website orders and app orders on separate accounts?
Yes. As these are separate platforms customers will have a unique account for each.
❓How Do I Apply A Discount Code or Gift Card Code to My Order?
At checkout, on the right hand side of the check out screen, at the end of your item list, is a box to enter either the discount code or the gift card code.
❓How long are items held in my cart?
First come, first served is the old saying! We now offer FIRST PAY. The first to pay gets the prize!
❓I need to talk with someone, how do I do that?
It's our pleasure to speak with you! Please feel free to email us (sales@bcuniqueboutique.com) or give us a call at 270-215-9431 during our business hours. Our days open do change as we are located in a seasonal tourist village so be sure to check our homepage for current times.
Damaged Items:
❓What if my order arrived damaged?
Oh no! We would hate for that to happen! Please email us within 3 days of delivery (sales@bcuniqueboutique.com) with a photo or two of the damages and we will contact you on how to handle the problem.
❓Do you ship to Canada and Internationally?
We are sorry, but at the present time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
